Summary/Abstract: The study was conducted on a sample of 81 entrepreneurs who hired graduates of the Polytechnic University of Timisoara and measured the strengths and weaknesses of graduates, skills and competencies, the need for continuous professional training, willingness to practice students , the desire to make them responsible and specialize, the collaboration with the University and with the student organizations.
