Short Description

Filosofiya-Philosophy is a multi-purpose scientific journal that promotes research and discussion in all branches of Philosophy: metaphysics, epistemology, logic, ethics, aesthetics, social and political philosophy, history of philosophy and philosophy of science, religion, history, language, education, etc. The journal promotes also researches in the field of psychology. It aims not only at stimulating examination of a wide variety of topics but also at improving teaching process. In addition, the journal seeks to encourage the exchange of views among philosophers and scientists from other fields of the humanities, natural and social sciences, education, arts and religious studies. In order to achieve these purposes, the editorial board welcomes articles which could contribute to the advancement of philosophical knowledge and the improvement of its teaching. It is the policy of the editors to maintain the journal as an open forum of valuable discussions as well as a valuable source of information for all interested in philosophy. Therefore, any kinds of works are invited regardless of the school of thought or conceptual premises from which they might derive. The contributions could be critical and constructive, systematic or fragmentary, speculative or scholarly, historical or substantive. The journal also provides review of philosophical books to help its readers stay informed about current research or recent publications. It should be noted that the contributors’ views do not necessarily reflect the opinions of the editors.
