Short Description
The world today is characterized by intercultural diversity. More and more communication takes place between people with different linguistic as well as cultural backgrounds. This happens because of contacts within the areas of business, science, education etc. but also because of immigration brought about by labor shortage or unstable political situation.
XXI century requires form a manager not only to cultivate contemporary leadership abilities, but also to understand and accept different cultural values. The global manager is competent in working with multicultural people and aware of regional developments in a changing world. The XXI century managers more often enter foreign markets, as they do not require massive investments as it used to be.
The mission of the journal is not only to promote research but also education and training in the area of intercultural management. By starting this journal, we hope to encourage more research and to provide contacts between interested researchers as well as to provide better possibilities for reviewed publication.
