Short Description
The annual Ars Educandi is a broad platform of critical reflection on contemporary education, culture and society. Its primary goal is to disseminate the results of scientific research. The thematic scope of the published texts includes social sciences - first of all pedagogy, sociology, cultural studies, philosophy, psychology, communication, art, political science or anthropology. The main task of the journal is to maintain the spirit of Gdańsk pedagogy: we create an open space for all forms of dialogue for scientists and researchers looking at educational processes critically, interdisciplinary, taking into account different axiological and methodological orientations. We are particularly interested in new, emerging phenomena, considered to be difficult in one or more way - for example the relationship between education and technologies, the problems of game studies or new cultural and political matters.
