Short Description
The aim of “Agricultural Law Review” is to foster the development of agricultural law scholarship at international and national levels and to disseminate the results of scientific research, but also to support the process of making and applying agricultural law. Therefore, the “Review” is primarily addressed to the scientific community; however, the published texts could also have practical application.
The problems addressed in “Agricultural Law Review” concern research chiefly conducted in the legal sciences. However, the published works also tackle issues from other scientific disciplines if the research results have particular relevance to law. First and foremost, the papers that are accepted for publication are those that deal with the most current problems associated with agricultural law, which are significant both for the development of scholarship and from the point of view of lawmaking and law application.
The research areas of the published texts cover agricultural law in its broadest sense, in all dimensions (including agri-food and agri-environment issues), and address aspects of both public and private law.
Publications in “Agricultural Law Review” relate to international agricultural law, European Union law and policy, as well as various national legal systems and comparative law issues.
“Agricultural Law Review” also publishes glosses on court and tribunal decisions, reviews of publications in the field of agricultural law, as well as reports on important events occurring in the scientific community of experts on agricultural law.
Articles in Polish, English, German, French, Spanish and Italian are accepted for publication, but the documentation of the editorial process is done in Polish and English.
