Short Description
The main task of the Journal BALKANISTIC WORLDS is to provide free forum for discussing important historical and present problems of the Balkans in European and wider context. It is designed as an interdisciplinary journal uniting the efforts of specialists in History, Sociology, Literature, Anthropology, Linguistics, Culture Studies. The Journal aims at contributing for better understanding, dialogue and peace on the Balkans respecting cultural variety and freedom of self-expression. BALKANISTIC WORLDS is published by NGO Balkanistic Forum – International University Seminar for Studies and Specialization. The same Editorial Bord publishes until the end of 2024 BALKANISTIC FORUM journal, affiliated to the South-Western University “Neofit Rilski”.
