Short Description
Journal on European History of Law is a semiannual publication and is reviewed by academics belonging to the European Society for History of Law organization. Topics in the Journal on European History of Law focus mainly on legal history and developments of other than legal norms and regulations. The journal welcomes articles regarding the law of ancient Rome, the Middle ages, and especially articles on modern history. Theoretical studies on issues such as Roman law are welcomed as well.
