- Summary/Abstract: After the Covid-19 pandemic, a lot has changed. People have become more responsible for the environment, but the hunger to visit, see places, to know traditions has increased. Ecotourism, the only type of sustainable tourism, is still growing and its development requires a major investment in educating the staff involved, tourists, schoolchildren and teachers for all disciplines, of at all levels of education. It is known that the first educators of a child are the parents, so the first people we must attract to the learning process are the parents, then children, teachers, colleagues at work. Romania has areas that lend themselves to ecotourism such as the Apuseni Mountains, Maramureş, Bucovina, the Danube Delta, but the level of knowledge of the principles of ecotourism by those who can offer these services and by tourists based on observations made between June 2020 and June 2022, is quite low. In this article we present using the observation method, the results obtained during the years, studying the behavior of tourists and employees from Maramureş, taking into account the principles of ecotourism and establishing a strategy to attract the population (employees and tourists) to ecotourism, a strategy based on education.

- Summary/Abstract: The article addresses the issue of electoral marketing communication in the context of the medical crises caused by SARS-COV-2 virus. The declaration of pandemic has led, in all countries, to the adoption of restrictive measures aimed at limiting the spread of the virus. These measures have affected all spheres of economic and political life, including the electoral field. In this context, the political parties had to adapt to the multiple constraints imposed on the election campaign, but also to the tense context generated by the expectations and dissatisfaction of voters. The paper presents the context (legislative, political, medical) in which the parliamentary elections in Romania took place in 2020 and analyzes in detail the situation of one of the parties which, although credited with safe chances of entering parliament, failed to obtain minimum threshold in elections. The research is based on the case study method and addresses the entire electoral process of the analyzed party, from the elaboration of the campaign strategy, to the concrete aspects of implementation. Particular attention is paid to the means of electoral communication used and which in this campaign, tipped the scale in favour of the online, indicating the trend towards which electoral communication is heading in the case of Romania as well.

- Summary/Abstract: Restorative justice makes its presence felt more and more in world legislation, but also in national legislation. Worldwide, it is characterized by a strong development, which makes it increasingly accepted in practice. It is a justice full of understanding, which is concerned with the needs of the victims of the crime. Supporters of restorative justice have in mind the observance of a set of values, which we also find in Romanian legislation, at the institution of mediation.
