The starting point of the Sino-Soviet conflict was represented by the 20th Congress of the Soviet Union Communist Party in the period 14-25 February 1956. The impact of the denouncement of the personality cult and the Stalin’s public conviction was viewed differently from one country to another, depending on the national characteristics and the political-economic situation. Despite the reluctance towards the decisions that were adopted on the 20th Congress of the SUCP, the Chinese leaders wanted to maintain a close relationship with the Soviet Union, but, at the same time, decided to follow their own way in the edification of the socialism according to the national specific characteristics, represented by the defiance of the Soviet leadership and challenging it to a competition, both political and ideological. Since the 50s, the People's Republic of China, together with the leaders of the European Socialist countries, started to get involved in normal party relationships, regular mutual visits between the governments and institutions, cooperated within the organizations and international conferences, made commercial exchanges that were very significant in the Chinese export trade, there was a significant economic cooperation through industrial partnerships, scientific, technological and cultural cooperation projects, students and sports people exchanges, etc. The Chinese authorities seemed satisfied with these relationships, until the mid-60s, when the Sino-Soviet rupture took place. The difference mainly appeared in the public arguments of the Communist Party of China and the Soviet Union Communist Party about the Marxist-Leninist ideology, affecting the party and state relationships. In this context, the relationships of the Communist Party of China with the European socialist countries were influenced by the positions that the People's Republic of China and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics had following the conflict.

This present paper discusses the mnemonic character/function of literature as it is revealed by two types of contemporary novels –biofictions (fictional biographies of famous authors, included in a world or national canon) and rewritings (literary texts which recreate/rephrase valuable and well-known books). The paper presents a series of terms used by researchers in the field of the cultural memory: mnemonic imagination, mnemonic products and practices, stabilizing factors/catalysts, mnemonic art, memory places. Biofictions and rewritings are spurred by mnemonic imagination, as long as they resort to imagination and memory in the process of writing and reading. Furthermore, these two types of novels can be defined as memory places, because they (com)memorate and celebrate authors and literary works from the world or national heritage. Generated by mnemonic practices, biofictions and rewritings are mnemonic products and they are meant to bring to attention past cultural values already acknowledged, yet sometimes threatened by contemporary oblivion. These novels reestablish the placeof the canonical writers and works in public memory and culturalconsciousness, as they mediate the readers’ encounter with thegreat writers from world literature and they recalibrate the understandingof the past. Hence, the two species widely spread in thecontemporary literary field support the fact that literature is amnemonic art.

Taking into consideration the dimension of economic public sector it can be considered as part of the economic system. One of the major and current problems is precisely the need to put a limit to the expansion of the budgetary sector, because in the last years we witness the progressive public sector expansion in the economy. In Romania the economic growth has been reflected more in public sector development at the expense of the undevelopment of the private sector. For that, there are difficulties in financing and supporting this oversized sector, based on income from household. We consider that appropriate measures must be taken in order to correct financial statemants for public sector by optimizing expenses for missions and programs. Financial statements of public sector as essential tool in the programming, budgeting, management and reporting must support economic and financial objectives set by European institutions in order to maintain financial stability and administrative responsibility in EU.

This text is a book review of the „Literaturile române postbelice” by Ion Simut. The author of this review does not question the usefulness of the project of reconstruction of the territory of "contemporary literature" initiated by Ion Simut, but draws attention to the fact that in such a long process the appeal to nuance is at least as important as the revisionist view from above.

It can be considered that the immune system is responsible for overseeing, initial immunological cancer cells that remove Native, as the final elimination of tumor cells remaining after tumor mass was significantly reduced (surgical or chemotherapy) while it is involved in the production of metastasis through the lymphatic circulation cell inland. The purity and specificity of monoclonal antibodies, as well as the opportunity to obtain quantities, entitle their efforts towards making remarkable use standardized reagents with both clinical diagnosis and in therapy. Research mechanisms of immune reactions effects in the appearance and development of tumors in animals and humans reveals extremely high complexity of host-tumor relationships and difficulty in detailed analysis of immune disorders on cogenesis. Variety responsible for tumor immunity issues is not only relevant to the extent of immune phenomena complexity involved in cancer development, but at the same time, and confusing, although experimental models are easier to analyze and logically explained.

Starting with the 1990s a myriad of literary texts that tackle the Yugoslav wars have been published worldwide. Despite the wide variety of texts, scholars (Obradović, Pisac, Vervaet, Wachtel) have focused mainly on those written by ex-Yugoslav writers and on the representation of the former country in these books. This paper focuses on the aforementioned literary phenomenon – the representation of ex-Yugoslavia – from a broader perspective. My selection includes texts that originate in different geo-cultural areas. In this respect, the aim of this paper is to show that former Yugoslavia is not the only space represented in this cluster of texts. Other countries and cities, such as Germany, Ukraine, Amsterdam, or Shanghai, also play a significant role. I argue that the occurrence of these various spaces reveals a paradoxical pattern: the closer to ex-Yugoslavia the writer is or was, the more diverse the fictional spaces are, as well as vice versa. However, this geo-cultural diversity that defines post-Yugoslav migrant writers is constantly disregarded by critics, cultural journalists, and scholars, which is an indication of the hegemonic character of world literature.
