In this paper, the author brings into discussion the Romanian phenomenon of migration, often described as ‘the Romanian Exodus’ due to the impressive numbers of Romanians who emigrated to the West (especially to Western Europe). His aim is to bring a theological dimension to the sociological discussion. He argues for the need of ‘local’ or ‘contextualized’ Romanian theologies that could meet the current social events experienced by Romanian people. He believes that the Romanian Exodus could be a starting point in developing such theologies.

China, the country considered, to be the engine for the global economic growth for some time, has, seemingly surprising, initiated the project of “The New Silk Road”, which is nothing more but a small part of a well-developed plan aiming to assert the main Asian pivot as a global power. Compared to “The Old Silk Road”, which owned only a land-based path, „The New Silk Road” follows two different paths (One Belt – the road onshore, One Road – the oceangoing route), whose undeclared purpose is to commercially surround the Eurasian super continent, giving Eurasia's context being the main geopolitical and Geo strategic stake of our time. While Russia mainly focuses on the theoretical concept of the Eurasian-ism, we notice China in action, operating. The initiative surprises, not only through its geographical dimensions amplitude (tens of thousands kilometers land and sea), but also, through its financial dimension (rolling unbelievable amounts of money). A relevant argument would be the foundation of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, the only bank in the world whose nomenclature includes the “infrastructure” notion, such an important and circulated element nowadays

The purpose of this paper is to reveal the influence of sensorimotor coordination development on the technical execution of balance beam dismounts in the case of junior gymnasts aged 12 to 15 years. To achieve the purpose and objectives of the research, we used the following methods: review of specialized literature; pedagogical observation method; pedagogical experiment method; tests method; video computerized method of biomechanical analysis; method of movement postural orientation; statistical-mathematical method and graphical representation method. In this study we used 3 tests of assessment of sensorimotor coordination development: test 1 – stuck landing; test 2 –”Briuk” test, static balance and test 3 – static-kinematic stability. The biomechanical analysis was made by means of Physics ToolKit Version 6.0 program, monitoring the key elements of sports technique used in the dismounts off balance beam. The study findings show the level of sensorimotor coordination development in terms of spatial-temporal orientation, vestibular coordination and balance, kinematic and dynamic analysis of sports technique key elements regarding body segments trajectories, angular speeds and force momentum during dismounts off balance beam. As for the correlation of sensorimotor coordination indicators with performance results on balance beam, there are significant differences which confirm the influence of the sensorimotor coordination on junior gymnasts’ technical training on this apparatus. Also, the evaluation of sensorimotor coordination consistent with the biomechanical analysis of sports technique of dismounts off balance beam in the case of junior gymnasts aged 12 to 15 highlights their influence on the technical training and performances achieved in competitions.

The study offers a perspective of the relation between activities specific to public diplomacy and the image of a state in international politics. In a more and more interdependent and complex world, the means of public diplomacy, perceived as a dialogue oriented towards engaging the public, can lead to a better understanding between peoples by bringing forth what unites them and by eliminating the discording factors. The means specific to soft power can be more effective in managing crises and international conflicts.

In modern world, the need to change mentalities is an important necessity from the psychological, pedagogical, social and especially managerial point of view. The central ideea, in this sense, is that the school assumes as an organization, through the aims and objectives pursued, at the basis of the instructive-educational activity, carried out in a formal and / or non-formal environment, highlights the values cultural aspects of the whole society, reflected in the pedagogical plan. S. Cristea said that: the school is an organization that performs a pedagogical activity within a specialized institutionalized framework with socially defined statutes and roles in order to achieve the micro-structural finalizations of the educational process and the macro- structural education system. By paraphrasing this definition, we could argue that the school is the organization whose main purpose is to make the student's personality within a specialized process, conceived at the same time as a teaching-learning-evaluation activity.

The Baltic-Pontic Sea zone can be seen not just as a geographical area of Intermarium but aswell as Intermundium or the interface of the struggle between Western and Russian powers. From the Great Game and classical geopolitics associated with Halford Mackinder’s ‘Heartland’ thesis through the Cold War and geopolitical science interpretations of global ‘shatter zones’, the place of Pontic-Baltic area has assumed and maintained a central role in the studies of international relations. The paper sets out to explain the logic of dynamic patterns shaping this struggle for geopolitical influence in this area. The analysis starts from the conclusions voiced by analysts since 2014 that the Ukrainian area could become the scene for a military confrontation with Russia. The present article also reviews the recent debates and examines the insights gained from past developments in the region.

Separatist states without international community recognition could be considered a threat to regional and international security, challenging the international order established after the Second World War and in the 1975 Helsinki Final Act. They are an expression of the tendencies of revising the international system as, first and foremost through separatism, they undermine territorial integrity, the national security of the states they want to separate from and that face certain vulnerabilities. Analysing the list of these states, it can be noticed that they are geopolitical entities; they cannot exist without the support of some strong actors, which use them in their geopolitical games (hybrid wars). A hybrid war is part of a geopolitical game, whereby a regional power realizes its interests in a region.Such formations can survive as political entities only receiving the political, financial, logistical (military) support of a regional or global power, in exchange being tools to exert the influence of the supportive power. They survive if this is in the interest of a regional or global power.

Nineteen years of experience have prooved without a doubt that the choices we make have concequences for the way our life turns out, but also for those who surround us. As much as a teacher can complete a kid’s education, the manager has responsabilities towards his subordinates. That’s why my intention is to build a successful career as a manager by being attentive and offering full-quality innovative educational services. These being said, during this managerial mandate, my objectives are as follows: providing diverse educational services that cover the needs of our community’s members, to proove that our scool’s management departement is trustworthy and can be counted on, to make our school friendly by developing educational extracurricular activities with and for the community. My ultimate purpose by working in the management department is to ensure the educational progress for every student of this institution in order for them to achieve high results . However, as innovation is the middle-name of a future manager , one of my objectives is also to develop new courses and opportunities for disadvantaged categories such as people undergoing educational qualifications. On this note, i want to end my summary by saying that i want to be able, at the end of it all, to say that i want to repeat this experience because management is all about teamworking with wonderful people.

The year 2020 has started with an unprecedented situation in humanity’s recent history by globally extending cases of SARS-CoV-2 virus infection, which has led the World Health Organization to declare pandemic status. In Romania, the COVID-19 pandemic did not only come with social and economic restrictions, but also with a whole series of psychiatric trauma, anxiety, isolation and uncertainty of tomorrow. The surgical mask has become an indispensable accessory without which access to closed spaces and crowded areas is no longer possible. The aim of this paper is to try to present, from its own perspective, issues related to society’s evolution in a social and psychological plan, continuing with technological progress. Also, worth mentioning are the legislative changes during this period, as well as the transfer of education from the traditional form to the online. I believe that this subject is very topical and needs to be addressed from as many perspectives as possible in order to understand the scale of the transformations it has brought to today’s society.

The COVID-19 virus has caused numerous deaths among the Romanian population and worldwide, which has entailed the restriction of certain rights regarding the training of elite athletes. Most sports competitions were cancelled all over the world, even the 2020 Olympic Games, thus jeopardising the athletes’ performance. The purpose of this research is to make a comparison between the results of Romanian elite athletes in the sprint race (100 m) before and after the emergence of the SARS-CoV-2 virus and to identify certain parameters specific to these races: start reaction time, heart rate (during exercise and at rest) and stride frequency. In order to identify and monitor these parameters, we used the Polar Flow application, which is popular among both team and individual athletes. It was found that the average heart rate during competition had the value 175 beats per minute before the pandemic, while after the period of restrictions, it was 184 beats per minute; at rest, the average heart rate values were 66 beats per minute and 78 beats per minute, respectively. The average values recorded in the outdoor and indoor 100 m races are as follows: before the pandemic, 6.70 s and 10.66 s, respectively; after the period of restrictions, 6.88 s and 10.85 s, respectively. The enforcement of constraining conditions that affect the optimal development of training leads to changes in physiological parameters and significant differences between the results obtained.

The present research aims at the need to take up the example of the provisions of the European Code of Good Administrative Behaviour at the level of public administration of the member countries. In fact, the activities performed by civil servants or contractual staff in the public power regime, more precisely in the segment of law enforcement, in the segment of public service provision, have the same legal regime seen through the angle of interest of the citizen of the same member state as the citizen of the Union, or of any legal person. Any communication at official level has as its central point certain principles and limits imposed for reasons of private interest and categorical public interest. However, employees of the national public administration, viewed individually in conjunction with their own duties, have not implemented the procedural principles set out in the practice of the Court of Justice of the European Union with regard to 'limits' and do not have a methodology to follow in identifying a balance between the permitted degree of transparency of their work in relation to citizens' requests. At the same time, the way of decent expression of the justified impartial attitude in the legal and efficient solution of requests in the daily work with the public, has not implemented the standards of good administrative conduct aimed at guaranteeing the efficiency of the work and the quality of public service at the same time. The implications of this study aim to outline the essence of the obligation to adopt a Code of Good Administrative Behaviour at the level of each Member State, based on the citizen's right to good administration, on the case law of national and European courts and on the practical explanation of convergent coordinating lines such as, for example: legality and proportionality or the clear absence of abuse of power and honesty.

Jurisdiction is the ability established by law in favor of an authority to resolve a particular dispute that arises between two or more subjects of law. Outside the courts, the settlement of disputes can be carried out by several jurisdictions, some national and others carried out by bodies with jurisdictional powers, this solution being imposed by the specialization of certain disputes but also by the relief of the courts.

In today’s society, instability and conflict are growing more prevalent, with citizens fearing for what is next, for what some state actor might do, and its impact on our lives and our children. The ongoing Russian-Ukrainian conflict presents a gloomy scenario in which all our beliefs, as European citizens, seem only to survive as glimpses of hope. The probability of such an impactful conflict and the unlikely military conventionalism related to it makes every citizen of any European country to doubt the safety net in which we thought to be, so far. The most devastating effect, specific and real at this moment, of the near conflict in Europe is an economic one since a new refugee wave threatens to destabilize all societal equilibrium. On the other side of the barricade, Russia's position is mainly due to the internal challenges it faces, as its economy is destabilized by United States sanctions. Low oil prices at the end of the second decade of the 21st century is causing serious economic problems in the Russian Federation. Thus, the state faces a rather weak demographic outlook in the future, which is why it is looking for solutions for expansion and evolution, both globally and as a major regional player.
