It had been estimated the state of Robina pseudoacacia plantations growing under the various forest conditions, which were created artificially in the recultivated landscapes of Semenovsky-Golovkovsky brown coal basin. It was found that at starting development stages the “pure” and combined plantations grown up to the third growth class, but after 15–25 years they approach the first growth class level.

The directions of hydrogenic and trophogenic changes for intrazonal ecosystems in dependence of forming condition are given.

The dynamics of their accumulation is shown. The ways of usage of these species are indicated.

Research conducted on a winter wheat, which was cultivated in a 30-km area in the year of Chernobyl accident, allowed to ascertain that complex use of sodium humate and beekeeping products is ineffective for diminishing the negative irradiation influence on the early growth processes of plants. Only the simultaneous use of humic preparations and anodic extraction of propolis has permanent positive effect.

By using the variance analysis the absence of a correlation between the different gradations of soil humidity and the number of dominant taxons of litter invertebrates, the ground beetles (Coleoptera, Carabidae), separate life-forms of the ground beetles and the indices of species diversity is demonstrated. The most sensitive indicator of soil humidity gradations in forest ecosystems is the mixophytophages part in the ground beetles’ complex.

The analysis results of the soil animal complexes structure under in situ experimental heavy metal contamination are presented. The heavy metals affect the soil community over a year by changing the dominant structure of animal complexes. The main trend of changing dominant structure of the abundance and biomass is the decrease of absolute dominant and unimportant species role and the increase of the role of secondary species and dominants.

Малакофауна урбанизированных местообитаний г. Одессы

The distribution of terrestrial and aquatic molluscs in urban biotopes of Odessa was investigated. 41 species were found. A specific climatic regime is formed in the big cities in contrast to natural environment. At the same time, urban biotopes are more similar to each other than natural biotopes. As a result, the big cities are places of accumulation of non-indigenous species.

Biotopes of Aedes vexans development in the long flood-plain forest of the Dnipro river

The aim of the research was to estimate the role of different types of biotopes in a formation of the Aedes vexans high ecological valency. The greatest number of Ae. vexans mosquitoes procreate in basins with the moderate density of larvae (49.6–70.2 %), less mosquitoes procreate in basins with the high one (15.9–19.0 %). The optimal and effective density for the development of mosquitoes larvae in temporary basins of a long while flooded forest of the Dnipro river is 350–1700 specimens/m2, that’s why it is necessary just to pay attention to them during taking measures on reducing their numbers.
