L'Albanie depuis les Conferences Balkaniques au Pacte Balkanique (1930-1934)
The Balkan Conferences and the Balkan Pact of 1934 constitute an important moment in inter-Balkan relations. They mark an effort, albeit unsuccessful, in the course of the evolution of the political relations of our peninsula during the period between the two World Wars. Due to the contradictions themselves that characterized their development, they failed to play the role for which they had been convened and signed. The steps taken by these conferences, even if they were missed, and the 1934 Covenant (an anemic would be little) constitute an experiment that has its good and bad sides, which must be taken into account in order to overcome today what separates The Balkan peoples and to pave the way for integrating factors.
