The efficacy of electroactivated water solutions (EWS) at an experimental model of diabetes in rats was evaluated. It has been shown that the EWS-A diabetic rats resulted in a pronounced hypoglycemic effect, through delay in the development of diabetes, whereas EWS -K showed no protective effect of plasma glucose concentration. Intake of electrochemically activated water solutions dial not cause changes in renal function and water-salt metabolism in healthy animals, while in diabetic rats it increased diuresis and potassium excretion fraction. Histological analysis revealed a positive impact on the structure of the pancreas of rats with alloxan diabetes model, recuing EWS –A. EWS effect on the morphological structure of the kidney of rats in the experiment was not revealed. These results show the effectiveness of the «anolyte» for correction of structure and functions of the pancreas in rats with experimental model of diabetes.

In this article author considers effective methods and ways of teconsiderschnical diagnosing of diesel internal combustion engines . The list of prime parameters of the technical condition which is necessary for diagnosing under operating conditions is defined. The aim of the article is to show the main direction in development of means, methods and ways of technical diagnosing of fuel systems of diesel engines. Problems of creation of technical means of diagnosing on the basis of microprocessor equipment also are considered. In particular, the option of creation of the technical device for control and diagnosing of fuel systems of diesel internal combustion engines on parameters of working processes on the basis of an analog digitizer and the personal computer . In addition, options of obtaining characteristics of injection of fuel with use of laid pressure sensors are analyzed. Advantage of use this device in aggregate with laid pressure sensors is shown at an assessment of a technical condition of fuel systems of diesel engines. In the conclusion the author describes main directions of development of test systems of the fuel equipment of diesel engines.

Damage of caviar in the course of an artificial fertilization, and also the high expense of trophic substances of a yolk of caviar during the period blastulogenezis are accompanied by intensive oxidation of lipids with superfluous formation free radicals bonds. In the course of intracellular digestion as a result of oxidation of lipids high-toxic products free radicals oxidations – malondialdehyde and diene conjugates are certainly formed. This condition is characterized as oxidative stress, which increases the activity of free radical oxidation and is depressed antioxidant defense system. The effect of oxidative stress on morphofunctional condition of the digestive system embryos and larvae of mirror carp produced by traditional and innovation breeding technologies. The role of lipid peroxidation in damage to the epithelial cells of the intestinal mucosa of larvae carp. Caviar processing "Thiophane" аntioxidant at critical periods of development ensures the rational use of material resources trophic yolk in the embryonic period and contributes to early formation of optimum body shape. "Thiophane" аntioxidants during critical periods of development helps to normalize the digestive processes in fish and increase their adaptive capacity.

This paper describes the features of modern geo-environmental condition of small lakes in Novosibirsk region. The main tendencies of natural and anthropogenic changes limnogeosistem are defined. The author considers necessity of monitoring of these changes on the basis of biogeochemical observations. Integrated qualitative and quantitative criteria of geo-ecological resilience: landscape-geochemical and trophic factors, the ratio of geo-ecological tension are allocated. Ecological and geographical features of the current state of lake complexes of different zones are defined.
