The article examines some key trends related to their involvement and implementation by financial institutions and supervisors. Identifying and Prioritizing the Factors Affecting Online Marketing Strategies Based on Competitive Intelligence in Iraqi Telecommunication Companies

The business climate is changing quickly and continuously these days due to the advancement of technology and the expansion of global trade. Accordingly, businesses have had to modify their marketing plans to fit this new environment in order to stay competitive, and E-marketing has become a popular alternative. In order to accomplish this, the study will look into the variables influencing internet marketing tactics in the Iraqi telecom sector and rank them according to competitive intelligence. In-depth, semi-structured interviews with 12 academic specialists and marketing managers from Iraqi telecommunications companies were also conducted as part of this study to determine the fundamental elements of competitive intelligence and important internal and external factors influencing online marketing strategies. The researchers employed the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) technique to rank the most important variables identified by the quantitative analysis. The strategic standing of competitors is determined to be the most important external component in internet marketing strategies, based on study findings and expert opinions. Perceived product quality is the most significant internal component of online marketing strategy, according to experts. The most significant sub-criterion in the "competitive intelligence" criterion is "technological intelligence," out of the five sub-criteria. However, the research yields significant information that telecommunication firms in Iraq may utilize to improve their decision-making procedures, allocate resources optimally, and create online marketing strategies that are competitive environment-responsive.

Proposed Model of Sharia Bank Share Ownership Through Waqf Funds

This paper presents a feasibility model for Sharia Bank share ownership through Waqf funds as an alternative source of capital. It begins by addressing the problem of insufficient capital stock for Islamic banks in Indonesia. The exploration includes banking regulations by the Indonesian Financial Services Authority, Sharia Waqf laws and regulations by the Indonesian Waqf Board, and literature in the field of Waqf, as well as secondary sources such as books, journal articles, and online resources, particularly those related to Waqf regulation. Conclusions are drawn by analyzing several themes, which are further validated through in-depth interviews and Focus Group Discussions with experts. This paper introduces Cash Waqf as a potential source of paid-in capital for Islamic banks, particularly in Indonesia.

The Role Of E-Entrepreneurship in Achieving Sustainability in the Jordanian E-Business Environment

This study aimed to identify the role of e-entrepreneurship in achieving sustainability in the Jordanian e-business environment. The descriptive approach was used, and a questionnaire was designed to verify sustainability consisting of three areas. After ensuring its validity and reliability, it was distributed to the study sample consisting of (750) employees in Jordanian entrepreneurial companies, after collecting data and processing it statistically, it was found that there is a high and statistically significant role at the level of (0.05) in achieving environmental, social and economic sustainability, (R- Square) reached (0.749), (0.842) and (0.831) respectively, p=0.00, a set of recommendations were developed, the most prominent of which are work with the government to avoid risks that may occur in this field, work to improve the conditions of their workers, increase productivity and increase the rates of exporting their products abroad to participate in economic growth in Jordan and improve income rates.

This association raises substantial ethical problems in corporate decision-making.The article explores how ethical imperatives influence the leadership strategies of multinational organizations to tackle global business difficulties and promote ethical leadership.This study collected a large dataset using a mixed-methods approach, including case studies, questionnaires, and interviews. Having a variety of methods allows for a thorough analysis of the activities of multinational corporations in a wide range of sectors and locations.The study revealed a strong link between ethical responsibilities and leadership efficacy, especially among international companies. Integrity and success in business increasingly depend on ethical leadership, which involves openness, engaging stakeholders, impartially resolving challenges, and promoting social and environmental sustainability.The article emphasizes that ethical leadership is crucial for maintaining social peace, corporate sustainability, and company reputation. The study promotes the development of ethical decision-making cultures and offers practical advice for legislators, educators, and business leaders. This adds to the discussion on potential new leadership models by suggesting that focusing on ethical values in management might make firms more transparent and lead to long-term profitability.

The Effects of Market Structure and Competition Policy on Consumer Welfare and Economic Efficiency

The complex relationship between market structure and competition regulation substantially impacts the functioning of contemporary economies. Comprehending this connection is crucial for evaluating how changes in market structures influence the effectiveness of competition rules, therefore impacting consumer well-being and overall market efficiency. This research seeks to investigate how various market arrangements impact the implementation and efficacy of competition rules. The study aims to analyse how oligopolistic behaviours, monopolistic inclinations, and competitive market dynamics impact the development and execution of regulatory policies. This study utilises a multimodal research strategy, combining case studies, theoretical modelling, and empirical investigation across different businesses. It utilises qualitative studies to examine strategic behaviours and policy interventions and quantitative approaches to assess market concentration and its effects on competition. The findings show that market structures significantly impact the effectiveness of competition legislation. Because of their significant market influence, oligopolies often need specialised regulatory structures to prevent anti-competitive practices. Competitive markets are resilient with little government involvement, but monopolistic markets need strict rules to guarantee fair competition. The research emphasises the significance of matching policy interventions with the intricacies of particular market systems to improve their efficacy. It supports implementing adaptable legislation that can adjust to changing market circumstances, promoting a competitive environment that benefits consumer protection and market stability. Policymakers and regulators should adjust their tactics to fit the present market conditions to support fair competition, innovation, and economic efficiency while protecting consumer well-being and market stability.

The Role of Perceived Organisational Support in Predicting Organisational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Professional Organizations

The study examined the "role of perceived organisational support in predicting organisational commitment and organisational citizenship behaviour in professional organisations". The primary data was acquired through a questionnaire from 200 respondents (employees from the finance and technology sectors) via a stratified random sampling technique. Excel and SPSS 26 were utilised for data analysis, and Statistical tools such as Anova, regression and correlation were used. The results demonstrated that perceived organisational support (POS) positively influences organisational commitment. Moreover, it has been found that perceived organisational support (POS) and organisational citizenship behaviour (OCB) in professional organisations have a substantial correlation, and there are significant differences in the perception of organisational support, commitment, and OCB among professionals working in the technology and finance sectors. This study can assist decision-makers and managers in the finance and technology sector in creating a comprehensive plan for organisational support and development programs that effectively include employees in their job responsibilities. The study provides valuable insights into the importance of perceived organisational support in fostering organisational commitment and citizenship behaviour.

Impact of Managerial Skills on Organizational Development: An Applied Study in the Regional Directorate of Transport and Communications of the Amazonas Region

This study analyzes the relationship between managerial skills and organizational development in the Regional Directorate of Transport and Communications of the Amazon Region during the year 2021. A quantitative approach with descriptive-correlational and nonexperimental design was adopted, using a structured questionnaire applied to a sample of 72 workers. The results show that there is a low but significant positive evaluation between managerial skills (leadership, communication, decision making and motivation) and the dimensions of organizational development (planning, organization, integration and direction). The highest rating coefficient was Rho = 0.300, indicating a moderate relationship between managerial skills and overall organizational development. Although managerial skills influence process improvement and efficiency, other factors, such as organizational structure and available resources, also play a crucial role. It is concluded that it is essential to strengthen managerial competencies through continuous training programs and to improve internal processes in order to optimize organizational development in this public entity. Finally, it is suggested that other factors that may impact organizational development, such as technology and organizational culture, be explored in future studies.

The Impact of Psychological Empowerment on Individual Performance in Balloon Companies: Is Justice Perception a Mediator?

Today’s organizations inevitably experience rapid changes at every moment. One factor that plays an important role in the success of organizations in this change is their employees. This study aims to examine the intermediary role of justice in the impact of psychological empowerment perceptions of employees working in balloon businesses belonging to the private aviation industry on individual performance. The study used a convenience sampling method, and the data were obtained from 454 employees by questionnaire. The study used the SPSS 25.0 Program and Process Macro v 4.0 application. Frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and reliability analysis were conducted. In addition, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, regression, and mediating effects were analyzed using the bootstrap method developed by Hayes (2013). In addition, the Sobel test was used to examine the significance of the mediating effect. As a result of the study, the relationship between competence and interactional justice (r =.550; p =.000) is higher than other variables. Moreover, psychological empowerment has a significant and positive impact on individual performance (95% CI [.37; .59]; ß=.4553; p=.000). In addition, psychological empowerment has a significant and positive impact on the justice perception (95% CI [.31; .32]; ß=0.191; p=.000). Justice perception has a significant and positive impact on individual performance (95% CI [.32; .47]; ß=.4052; p=.000). Finally, justice perception has a semi-intermediary impact on psychological empowerment and individual performance (ß=.7892) and (95% CI [.1431, .1488]).

Leveraging Knowledge Management for Business Success: The Influence of Dynamic Capabilities and Entrepreneurial Competence, Moderated by Government Policy

This study examines the impact of knowledge management on business performance, mediated by dynamic capabilities and entrepreneurial competence, and moderated by government policy. A survey of 156 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Riau Coastal Food sector was conducted, and data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings reveal that knowledge management positively influences business performance, with dynamic capabilities and entrepreneurial competence acting as key mediators. However, government policy does not significantly moderate this relationship. The study highlights the importance of internal organizational capabilities in enhancing SME performance, suggesting that firms must focus on dynamic capabilities and entrepreneurial competence to maximize the benefits of knowledge management.

Sustainable performance has emerged as a critical concern in the modern era. Consequently, numerous scholars and researchers are exploring innovative approaches across various disciplines within the social and applied sciences. While the advantages of environmental management accounting (EMA) are well-documented, environmental uncertainty is insufficiently studied yet in many countries and industries. This systematic review seeks to identify the barriers, including environmental uncertainty, that hinder the implementation of EMA practices. Additionally, it examines the scholarly flow and publication toward literature enrichment and practical implementations. The study complies with the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews (PRISMA) guidelines. conducted on fifty-one primary articles from Web of Science, Science Direct, and ProQuest databases published in the period 2000-2024. The findings reveal several compelling reasons for adopting EMA to improve sustainable performance, despite challenges like environmental uncertainty that obstruct the implementation of effective EMA practices toward performance sustainability.

Budgetary security of Ukraine in the context of a large-scale war

The large-scale war taking place on the territory of Ukraine as of 2023 has a significant impact on budgetary processes and the financial system. In the face of new challenges, the budget system is becoming a key tool for ensuring financial stability and fulfilling the strategic objectives of the state. Military expenditures, reconstruction of the affected territories, social support for citizens and other unforeseen expenditures require effective management of the state and local budgets and improvement of the financial security mechanism. The purpose of this article is to define the theoretical and practical foundations of Ukraine’s budget security, to develop proposals for a strategy and measures to ensure the sustainability of the budget system in times of war. In studying the issues of formation and functioning of Ukraine’s budget security, the author used a combination of empirical, comprehensive, systemic and analytical methods and approaches that helped to achieve this goal. The study analysed statistical data reflecting the state of budget security, including indicators reflecting the specifics of the state budget system management. Nevertheless, the events that took place in the period from 2014 to 2022 led to political and economic instability in the country, which resulted in an imbalance in the functioning of Ukraine’s budget security. Given the difficulties associated with ensuring budgetary security in a time of war, the author offers recommendations for achieving future stability of the state’s financial system, which involves adherence to the national strategy and development of new financial security mechanisms. At the same time, a sustainable budget policy promotes efficient resource management and stimulates economic development. Investments in key industries, support for enterprises and innovations help to strengthen the country’s economy. The scientific results obtained in the course of this study solve the urgent problem of developing and substantiating theoretical and methodological approaches to the functioning of budget security, and can also be used to determine ways to improve it and apply it by the country’s state authorities.

Considering the specific profile of the target group, consisting of students of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Craiova, within the Faculty of Medical Assistance, the Faculty of Dentistry and the Faculty of Pharmacy, respectively students pursuing long-term master's studies and PhD, a special emphasis was placed on the formulation of interrogative items on the development of entrepreneurship in the Health and Pharmaceuticals sector, an area recognized by the „National Strategy for Competitiveness 2015-2020” as one with significant competitive potential. THE EFFECTS OF OCCUPATIONAL STRESS ON THE EMPLOYEES OF A CALL CENTER IN THE BANKING FIELD IN TIMISOARA

Occupational stress has become a challenge for many organizations that want on the one hand to keep their employees and on the other hand to ensure their performance through a pleasant organizational climate. The present paper investigated and evaluated the perception of 14 male employees (French and Romanian speakers) of a call center in the banking field in Timișoara on the causes and effects of occupational stress. The applicability of this research consists in the development of possible strategies and practices for control and reduction of occupational stress to reduce the high rate of staff turnover. The elaboration of this study is based on the concepts of occupational stress, professional mobility, but also the learning of a foreign language at work, because call center agents chosen for the present research operate in French, which is a language other than their native one. To carry out this qualitative research, we used a semi-structured interview guide elaborated both in Romanian and French – half of the interviews’ participants are Romanians and half are North-Africans from Tunisia, Morocco, and Algeria. The main topics on which the interview guide questions were developed are the following: personal and professional experience, way of working, working schedule, work rate, and professional mobility.

Impactul percepției riscului asupra rentabilității din sectorul agricol românesc

This study examines the effect of different levels of rentability on the perception of the risks in the agri-business sector in Romania. The risks analysed are related to production, market, institutional, personnel and financial and the rentability ratios used are return on assets and return on equity. The research methodology consists in a qualitative study, with the data collected using field questionnaires. The convenience sampling was used as sampling method for 201 companies with farming activity in the vegetal nutrition area, the population being very large, and the financial data for 2021 consisted of analyses basis. A one-way ANOVA test was performed using SPSS software, combined with a descriptive analysis and homogeneity and robust tests. The results of the study show that it is likely that both return on assets and return on equity have a significant effect on the market risk perception. The market risk is related to the price volatility for agriculture inputs and crops and the farmers with higher rentability are more aware of these risks. The contributions of this approach are aimed both at the microeconomic level, providing benchmarks in the substantiation of strategies on risk-return trade-off, and at the macroeconomic level, providing a benchmark in the substantiation of policies in this field.

ANALYSIS OF THE SOCIAL IMPACT OF INFLATION IN TERMS OF THE QUALITY OF ACCOUNTING INFORMATION

The reality of the current economic and social environment highlights the increasing manifestation of the inflationary phenomenon. Although inflation is essentially seen as an economic phenomenon, it should not be forgotten that its multiple effects also have a strong social impact as a result of the decline in general purchasing power. In this context, and given the social role of accounting, aimed at satisfying the public interest, our study will analyse the impact of inflation on the quality of accounting information and highlight the main social consequences of the negative influence on the quality of this information. In order to achieve this general objective, using the technique of critical reasoning, on the one hand, we will highlight, for each major component of the assets of an economic entity, the negative influences that the phenomenon under analysis induces in terms of information, and on the other hand, we will highlight the social consequences that this process generates. The conclusions of the research undertaken will highlight the fact that, in the absence of appropriate accounting techniques adapted to inflation, we are witnessing a dilution of the quality of the financial communication process, as well as an impairment of the contribution of accounting to human progress by providing the necessary prerequisites for the healthy development of the entities it serves.

THE RESILIENCE MECHANISMS OF SOCIAL ECONOMY STRUCTURES IN THE STATE OF BAVARIA IN THE GERMAN FEDERAL REPUBLIC. CASE STUDY: BISS MUNICH

This paper explores the resilience mechanisms of social economy structures in the state of Bavaria in the German Federal Republic. The main objective of this paper is to investigate the level of resilience of the employee of this region. Specifically, it investigates the integration of vulnerable individuals, including former prisoners, into the labor market. The focal point of analysis is Biss Munich, a notable model of social economy structure known for its innovative approach to inclusion. A qualitative method was used during this study. Specifically, an interview with the employees of the organization was conducted in order to analyze the initial experience, the main challenges during the pandemic, and the financial measures used during Covid-19 and their usefulness. The results of the study show that despite negative impact of the pandemic, the resilience measures managed to ensure a positive work environment that helped the employees to continue their activities in optimal conditions during the pandemic.

Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan in the future is very important to be maintained and maintained. Implementation of the Business Strategic Plan at UIN K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan should always be monitored and evaluated on an ongoing basis by a competent institution in his field. Based on this finding, UIN K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan as one of the State Islamic Religious Universities in Indonesia showed a significant increase. This is expected to be able to bring UIN K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan has become a professional and strong public service agency.
