Archival department Kotor until 1992 was a part of independent Historical Archive of Kotor, and is since then part of Department of the State Archives of Montenegro. Because of the quantity, character and degree of processing of archives, it is one of the most important department in Montenegro. More than half of archival material kept in depos of the Archives refers to funds in the field of administration and public services and the judiciary. In recent years, the Department increased the number of service users, due to increasing the number of funds and amount of archival material, and because the process of privatization and restitution. During processing, great attention is paid exactly to that documentation which can serve in evidential purposes.

These examples show that the archive workers need to be more informed and cautious when aquiring documents in the archive. Now the archive workers have the opportunity to meet with other and different data carriers (optical, magnetic, laser, etc.), and not just written on paper or on microfilm. All this from the archive requires workers to be more persistent, organized and pervasive in their demands to society in order to fight for more adequate, more serious and better status of archival service. Historical archive Sarajevo is still most often been in a position to take over current records of orderly funds. It is the success of "external services", as well as other employees of the Archives. This is confirmed by the fact that of the 617 funds, as there are Archive, 57 funds is partially arranged, and only 41 fund is disorderly. In addition it should be remembered that there is a change (enlargement) of the term "tidy fund", mainly due to the new way of administrative business and new ways of processing documents, and the creation of new forms of documents. It requires from archival workers to work on their training for work with this type of documentation, as well as to create conditions for the processing of such documents and their storage. Moving forward it is possible to make efforts to change the legislation so that it was really a function of protection of archives. this mozerno achieved only if we fight for adequate treatment and status of archival service in the company.

This article examines distance learning in the Czech Republic and other individual European countries. It analyses and compares the development of distance learning, and the supply of study options in the form of distance learning in European countries; it also covers the conditions and history of distance learning in European countries.The carried out analysis shows that currently there is an emphasis on lifelong learning, and the development of distance learning has become a priority. It can be further stated there are significant differences in the development of distance learning in individual European countries, and in the Czech Republic distance learning has only started to develop in the past twenty years.

Given the current poor state of the archive legislation in the Canton, it is necessary to make additional efforts on the adoption of appropriate archival regulations compatible with regulations at the level of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina. However, in spite of the enormous difficulties associated with archival activity, it has been able to preserve the relevant archival material as an invaluable and invaluable cultural-historical treasure. It should continue to be supplemented, guarded and sheltered for present and future generations.

ARHIVSKI PROPISI NA PODRUČJU TUZLANSKOG KANTONA

The period since 1990 was marked by social changes that changed and transformed the state apparatus, and thus significantly influenced on the archival service. The efforts of the archival service to regulate office and archives normatively the Law on Archival Activity of the Canton of Tuzla as well as bylaws have been made. By the new Law, archival activity did not suffer any major changes, but was greatly enriched. This activity should be in the true sense of words of particular interest to Canton and to receive adequate treatment.

Application of XML-based Language for Digital Representation of Crochet Symbols

This paper views the problems related to the development of crochet software. It presents an extension of PKF - XML-based language for digital representation of crochet patterns. Its purpose is to develop a uniform and platform independent description of simple graphic primitives corresponding to different types of stitches. Due to the crochet symbols’ features the suggested format is particularly suitable for their description. Graphic primitives are described in vector format, character transformations are allowed, and there are possibilities for creating combinations of symbols, called clusters – major components in crochet diagram.The XML language can be built on crochet software.

The subject of this study is an attempt to restore the model of the Bulgarian children`s book publishing during the totalitarian period. It focuses on the main changes which then occurred in children`s books by making a thorough research of the regulatory framework, the institutions,the professional attitude and the participants in children`s book publishing. The study gives an account of the leading children`s publishers, the achievements in illustrations, the top editions and book series. This commentary is made from a short time distance, but it is the starting point for further thorough research of the totalitarian period and Bulgarian children`s publishing.

The concepts of area of a triangle and volume of a tetrahedron are interpreted as invariants of basic configurations of points in two and three-dimensional spaces and their analogues are found in four-dimensional space. The idea of the invariant of a basic configuration of points is continued for n-dimensional space and a general principle for its development is formulated. Methods of analytical geometry (vector-algebraic modeling, affine co-ordinates, point co-ordinates, vector co-ordinates) and instruments of linear algebra (determinants) are used.

The topic of the article is the inductive approach to solve entertaining problems, connected with the motion of a light ray in a rectangular gallery with mirror walls and pictures in three of its corners. Several cases are considered and geometric solutions of three groups of problems are presented. Data is collected as a result of geometric constructions (galleries with different dimensions are examined), regularities are established and conclusions (hypotheses) are formulated. What are prognosticated on the base of the derived conclusions are the trajectory of the light ray, the number of its reflections and the number of the illuminated picture. In methodological aspect the study is a continuation of the Perelman’s geometric method for solving the Poisson’s problem.

Johannes Paul Aeltermann – oskarżyciel polskich redaktorów

Until the outbreak of the First World War, father Johannes Paul Aeltermann accused six editors of Polish newspapers of insult. The editors were Ignacy Wieczorek from Pelplin’s “Pielgrzym”, Antoni Bieliński from Starogard’s “Nasza Gazeta”, Mieczysław Piechowski from “Gazeta Grudziądzka”, Wincenty Skrobalski from “Pielgrzym”, Wilhelm Grimsmann of “Gazeta Gdańska” and Thomas Grzesiewicz from “Dziennik Bydgoski”. In nine processes, the editors were sentenced to a total of five months and a week in jail, and they had to pay 4,700 mark fine. In 1920 one more Polish editor was sentenced to six months in prison after being accused by Aeltermann.
