Summary/Abstract: This report examines the delimitations of accretions under Art. 92 and Art. 93 of the Land Act. The accretion as a means of acquiring property is contrasted and delimited with accession, "acquisition", accessories and improvements. The accretion of а property allows for an increase of real estate assets. The accession and "absorption" lead to loss of ownership of the joined or swallowed objects. The improvements are compared with art. 92 of the Land Act, from which it follows that the automatic nature of the accretion with regard to the acquisition of ownership over the buildings and plantations is excluded.
