Summary/Abstract: The study is dedicated to early child development (ECD) and is a dialogue between archeology, history and medicine. We trace the ancient artifacts, interpret them through the prism of modern scientific concepts of ECD and the holistic approach to health and disease. We are based on the thesis that despite the specifics of each era, throughout human history, traditions, the health and care of the child are placed in the center of public attention and are the guarantor of the existence of civilization.
