Early childhood development - a determinant of health and quality of life in the modern society

Summary/Abstract: The research focus of this study is on the importance of early childhood development (ECD) as a determinant of health and quality of life in the modern society. It presents scientific evidence on the need to create an united preventive environment for early childhood development by achieving integration and coordination of individuals and collective entities (parents-children-specialists) in the community. The united preventive environment will contribute in a specific way to the promotion of health in the society and the gradual reduction in the years of risk factors affecting ECD and lifelong well-being.
