Summary/Abstract: Companies that are actually run by the market recognize the need to constantly be informed about what is happening in the market. Customer needs are ever-changing, often in ways not easily comprehended. The goal of advanced analytics is to benefit the companies and their customers. The company acquires knowledge about the needs and behavior of customers in order to better meet their needs. In this way, companies can build a profile of the needs of the customer. Companies that are related to consumers are required to collect and manage data, to apply analytics that brings both insight and translation of those insights into effective combat operations.
