This report focuses on analyzing and assessing the vulnerability caused by climate change in the extremely poor communes in Quang Binh, Quang Tri, and Thua Thien Hue province, including five levels: Very low, low, medium, high, very high. Through the IPCC vulnerability assessment method, which includes three components: exposure, sensitivity, and adaptive capacity, the results in the study area showed that the medium level accounted for 19.64%, the high level accounted for 30.48%, and the very high level made up 37.35% of the area.
