Short Description

Studies in Geography is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by the Faculty of Geography and Regional Studies of the University of Warsaw. In years 1964-1977 the journal was known as the Studies in Geography of the Department of Geography of Warsaw University. Studies in Geography publishes the articles in the field of Earth and environment sciences, socio-economic geography and spatial management as well as those from interrelated sciences, such as social sciences, politics and administration, physical culture sciences etc. The journal publishes original research papers –  theoretical, empirical, methodical and review-articles.
Each article is reviewed by two independent reviewers from outside affiliate unit by the author of the article, keeping the rule of double-blind review process.
