Summary/Abstract: The problem of the services that the society provides for the young people is of present interest because it is bind to the present political request of overcoming the differences that exist between the desire that the young people have about expressing their opinions, on one hand, and the usual methods that the society provides through it`s traditional institutions, on the other hand. The public services for young people should be among the essential public services, because the reality from Romania started to demand solutions to problems that have before challenged our society.
