Summary/Abstract: The article is analysing the evolution of the electorate voting in its majority FSN in the 1990 elections. The political force that has obtained the majority of the votes in 1990 has been spleeted in two wings from the next elections and in the following electoral confrontations had tried to keep its supporters and also to add some new groups of electors. On 2008 there was three main political parties fighting on the stage and two of them were the successors of the ancient FSN. These two parties together are covering the same part of the total votes (65%) as FSN used to do in 1990, but with some more heterogenous composition.Comparativelly to 1990 there are many social and political aspects changed but a lot of the old political and moral troubles of the Romanian society remain without any solutions and are representing barrieres in the political development of the parties.
