Discussions on possible interferences between the resolutive condition and the resolutive pact operating by law

Summary/Abstract: This study concerns establishing and analysis of the controversial relationship between legal institutions of the resolving condition and the commision agreement, aiming to approach this issue, first from an evolutionary – historical perspective of the two institutions, to better understand the particularities of each, so that more then, our approach to continue with the detection and development of the points of convergence between the two, so that în this context the main elements of separation are enunciated and prezented, and finally the issue of the study will be synthesized in the form of conclusive clarifications.
