Summary/Abstract: The principle of availability in civil proceedings is expressed through a number of rights, including the right of the parties to conclude a transaction, which is the agreement or judicial contract of the parties, in order to end an existing lawsuit by which they make concessions. or waive each other's rights, or by transferring rights from one to another.In this study, the author aims to analyze the theoretical and practical importance of the procedural act of disposition, through which the parties negotiate directly, including highlighting the substantial procedural features of this agreement.
