Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the article is to present the concepts of emotional intelligence and social intelligence and how they are reflected in the quality of leadership in an organization. The fact that the measurement of IQ has received more criticism than the concept of IQ itself, has generated the emergence of new concepts of intelligence, including emotional and social intelligence. Leadership happens in the context of interpersonal relationships and the more skilled a leader is in managing relationships with the people he leads, the more effective he is. At the same time, emotionally and socially intelligent leaders know how to spread and cultivate positive moods that contribute to business success.
