Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the article is to present the concept of managerial efficiency in military organizations according to the management style approached, the stages of the management process and the future management approach. At the same time, I tried to identify if there is any correlation between management styles and subunit performances. We also made a correlation between the specifics of military activity and the qualities of a military manager and identified the aspects that support professional activity.
