Electronic Registry of Emails A Step Forward in Digitization the Romanian National House of Public Pensions

Summary/Abstract: Public administration is a research term of the administrative science and this is why we cannot leave to chance the digital system transformation. The article aims at the digitization of the email platform used by Bucharest House of Public Pensions (BHPP). The system I proposed and included in the project called „ Electronic Registry of Emails - A step forward in digitizing BHPP” will follow good practices, legal and European normative provisions in electronic identity, data protection and cyber ​​security.This objective’s achievement can be done through some modules I suggested: the electronic registry that integrates operational procedures in the application called ”Electronic Registry”.I draw attention on the need for the following solutions to be quickly implemented in the Romanian public administration: electronic identity, online accounts, unique identification password, digital signature, remote work.Therefore, it is important to be aware of the globalization phenomenon and the need for digitization, because we have to make quick progress in finding solutions and their implementation.
