Summary/Abstract: his paper analyzes the pension systems of three European countries - AUSTRIA, LIECHENSTEIN, GERMANY offering a broad analysis of the respective institutions, the digitization efforts and the potential of harnessing artificial intelligence (AI) for the public benefit. It describes a real fact of the different approaches in pension systems and digitization strategies in these three European countries. This reinforces the potential of AI and technology to drive progress in the public sector, ultimately creating citizen well-being and government efficiency.The research is extensive and touches on the important factors for the digitization of public systems in AUSTRIA, LIECHENSTEIN, GERMANY.In Romania, the National Public Pension House is in a complex process of evolution in terms of creating access to electronic services, increasing the quality of information and communication technologies so that all institutions have the possibility of multiple interactions both with the citizen and with How. business. environment and with other central and local public institutions, actually being optimization and debureaucratization measures.“Digital Austria”, as Austria’s digitization experts see it, sets a vision for a digitally responsible and thriving society.
