Summary/Abstract: Terrorism is a crime against humanity. For this reason, it is rejected by all people who have human values. Terror is a violent act, everybody is harming. Consequently, people are beginning to investigate ways to solve terrorism problems. It is considered that the most effective method among these solutions is to improve education and income level. The purpose of the educating is to train qualified person in the social field. The most important goal of education is to create an individual type of entrepreneur, self-confident and moral people. These are the most opposed to religious abuse and terrorism. It is seen that most of the militants of terrorist acts of religious abuse do not have religious education and moral training. They are far from religious and moral values. Education is the most effective remedy of terrorism. Nevertheless, university students are among those involved to the participating in terrorist attacks. This situation makes to necessary to interrogate the Higher education.
