With these practices, some discriminations and differences are seen related to workers in the organization, also some social and physiological problems are observed between workers. Thus, the expectations of the workers are differentiated and the level of motivations and job satisfactions of the workers are changed. Because, the workers, who work under subcontractors and have no membership of a trade union, are subjected to some negatives such as the lack of income and job security.
