Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study is to emphasize the importance of ethical principles for universities, to examine the effect of this dimension on the perception of academic staff on the level of adaptation of managers and to evaluate this relationship statistically. The scope of the research consists of academicians working in universities. In this study, the application of ethical principles within Artvin Coruh University was investigated. The relationship between the application of ethical principles at Artvin Coruh University and the perception of academic staff about the level of compliance of managers was examined. As a result of this study, it is revealed that there is a strong, positive and effective relationship between the application of ethical principles and the perception of academic employees about the level of compliance of managers. It is concluded that Artvin Coruh University is of great imortance for the continuity of this relationship.
