Summary/Abstract: Located in the center of Central Asia; Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Türkmenistan left the Soviet Union in 1991 and declared their independence. These states, which have rich energy resources, attract the attention of global powers today, as they did yesterday. According to analysts, Oil and natural gas in Central Asia is on the verge of being a dispute. Although if you get the importance of these developments raised security strategy, with the Central Asian Turks in Turkey must be cooperation and solidarity. Because the instability in this geography will pave the way for a chaos environment that will last for years. In that respect, the Turkic Republics; they have to be strong in technology, industry, infrastructure and defense.
