Summary/Abstract: Purpose – Today, no matter which industry field they are in, the common goal of all public or private enterprises in general is to intensify their workers’ efforts towards the goals of the enterprise. In a more general sense, for the relevant work to be done, it is to ensure them to be willing, to embrace the work, and to show great amount of effort in order for work to be done. It is quite important to provide motivation in order to get these behaviors from the workers which are expected from them. However, it is quite a difficult and complex phenomenon to define and to ground motivational tools and to ensure worker motivation. Because of this complex and multi-directional structure of motivation, motivaitonal tools may not show the same effects for every sector and enterprise. From this point forth, it is endeavored to reveal workers’ perception levels of motivational tools and to comparatively evaluate the factors causing them to differentiate according to the sector.
