Summary/Abstract: Memorialistics is the kind of writing that includes memories accumulated in one's own experience, actions that the author witnessed, but also the experience of others. The memorial detention from the communist era is “a scream of a man wounded to death”. Despite the fact that it is considered completely objective by memoirists, there is a dose of subjectivity as a result of the experiences described and of the individuality of each memoirist. It is not a literature of imagination, of fantasy, but it is a literature of authentic feelings, of sufferings, of death. Communist prison writers warn: human soul is being buried. Although the concentration topos is not a fiction, it easily becomes a means of expression, a literary tool and not a historical theme. Initially it was an object of study, but gradually it became a narrative structure, creating a new style: the memoirism style.
