Summary/Abstract: Artykuł przedstawia urzędników kancelaryjnych w XVI–XVIII w. na tle funkcjonowania kancelarii grodzkich powiatu kcyńskiego i innych jednostek administracyjnych Wielkopolski. Analizie zostały poddane: pochodzenie terytorialne i społeczne urzędników, ich kariery, a także majątek. Dopełnieniem tekstu jest aneks zawierający szczegółowe informacje o urzędnikach kancelarii grodzkiej w Kcyni w XVI–XVIII w. The article presents officials in the 16th–18th centuries in the context of thefunctioning of town chancelleries in the Kcynia district and other administrative unitsin Greater Poland. The following topics are analysed: the territorial and social origins ofthe officials, their careers and property. The text is complemented by an annex containingdetailed information about the officials of the town chancellery in Kcynia in the 16th and18th centuries.
