Summary/Abstract: Developing a strategic plan can help organizations improve their community sports operations and support their sustainability programs, despite uncertainties about the socio-economic environment. Improving strategies to increase the membership of Community football organizations is directly proportional to the willingness of organizations to adopt innovations and the dynamism of the environment. This study is based on the first factor, adaptation to environmental changes and openness to innovation in team efficiency strategies, and presents new tactical approaches in its management using the mathematical formula - Fibonacci Sequence.
