The Headline as a Commentative Aspect in Journalistic Texts about Marian Kočner

Summary/Abstract: The headlines are one of the most important parts of journalistic texts and we can see it also in journalist texts about Marian Kočner whose name has been connected with various causes in the Slovak media. The aim of this paper is to point out the way how Slovak media inform about M. Kočner with help of linguistics analysis and semantic interpretation. The study focuses on commentative aspect and function of headlines in mass media communication.
