Summary/Abstract: Despite continuing research, we know the personal fates of only a mere fraction of the Czechoslovak citizens and Czech expatriates who were sentenced to imprisonment in the Soviet Gulag camps. We know, however, that most of them went to the camps in the Komi Republic in the north of the European part of Russia. Approximately 15% of them did not survive their sentence.
