Summary/Abstract: Over the last decade, governments and other public organizations have begun to increasingly recognize the importance of e-government, which encompasses the full range of beneficiaries who use digital activities by public administration. In the current context of the global pandemic crisis caused by the Sars-Cov-2 virus, the need for public administration to be able to provide e-government services in Europe has become even more important. E-government uses online, one-step gateways for citizens to access major public administration services quickly and easily. An example would be a public administration keeping records of life events – births, marriages, deaths, retirement – in the cloud, rather than in paper files, for easy access for both government officials and employees. This paper draws on some of the author's research as an expert in a study of the elements of life events that may be the subject of an electronic service. The purpose of this article is to identify the elements, and as a research methodology was implemented a questionnaire with semi-structured questions, and then, based on it were identified obstacles to the integration of e-government services for life event – Retirement.
