Summary/Abstract: Bousquet urges us not to insist on his immobility due to a serious wound. We are urged to consider him first as a poet in search of a new and moving language, the author of a work with a supple and complex frame produced by a mixture of thematic forces, dreamlike or novelistic elements. By these means he tries to “escape his loss.” “I live with the hope that I have something to reveal”, he writes.
