Summary/Abstract: The first part of the article presents the development and importance of lobbing in the European Union. It was pointed out that the number of lobbyist operating at EU institutions is still growing. Then, Tyree selected instytutions related to lobbing activities were presented: register of lobbyist, code of conduct and public hearings. Attention was also paid to the issues of the so-called revolving door.
