ADINI YAŞANMIŞ BİR VAKADAN ALAN “KISMETSİZ AHMET HİKÂYESİ” ÜZERİNE BİR TAHLİL DENEMESİ
AN ESSAY OF ANALYSIS ON “THE STORY OF KISMETSİZ AHMET” THAT TAKING NAME FROM A TRUE CASE

Summary/Abstract: One of the elements that make up the culture of the Turkish nation is folktales, which is one of the text types based on the principle of narration folktale literature. In the Anatolian field, such texts which have been told and listened with interest for centuries, are among the intangible cultural heritages that nationalize human communities. The Anatolian people living in a limited space, met the loves that cost humanity in folktales, encountered happiness and painful occurrences, and enriched their dreams with these feelings. In this study, an analysis attempt was made on the story of Kısmetsiz Ahmet, whose subject is from “a heartbreaking real case in a certain place, that is, from folktales that occurred as a result of the classification of a lived case as a story”. The study consists of five sections as “introduction, the definition-classification of folktale, the opinions on the analysis methods of literary texts based on the principle of narration, the analysis of the story of Kısmetsiz Ahmet and conclusion”. After the references, the full text of the story in question was given. In the study, the methods of literature review and examining texts based on narration was used. The views of many of the scientists working in the fields of Turkish folk literature and folklore about the definition and classification of the folktale are given and the place of the discussed story in these classifications has been determined. The information was given about the studies on the analysis methods of the texts that based on narrative principle. The subject of the story of Kısmetsiz Ahmet was consist of a real case that took place in Kelkit district of Gümüşhane province, the hometown of Âşık Kul Nuri. The story was edited by Âşık Kul Nuri. While analyzing the aforementioned story, text elements such as “1. Mentality / 2. Structure (A. Case and Case Structure / B. Characters / C. Time / D. Space) / 3. Theme / 4. Language and Expression” were taken as basis. It has been seen that these elements are also important in folktales taken from lived life.
