Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this study is to discuss the limitations encountered during the implementation of the argumentation method in the classroom environment. In the study containing qualitative data, the document analysis method was employed. The research data were obtained from scientific articles and theses containing the findings about the limitations of the argumentation method and were analyzed according to the descriptive analysis. In the collection of data, all stages were carried out in accordance with the document review, such as accessing documents, checking the authenticity of the documents, understanding the documents, analyzing and using the data. In the process of evaluating the data of the study, the observations, intuitions and experiences of the researchers along with the findings of the examined publications were taken into consideration. Based on the findings obtained from the examined documents, observation, practice and experience, some suggestions were made that could minimize the limitations of the argumentation method.
