Summary/Abstract: In an increasingly volatile environment where reality can be defined as an illusion created by the inability to predict, caused by current security context complexity, ambiguity and uncertainty, identifying ways to react at all levels of military leadership becomes paramount. From this perspective, in this article I analyze critical thinking, how it influences military leadership and military actions, in order to identify the answer to the question: Do military leaders need to develop critical thinking?
