Personal strategies of international capital groups (holdings)

Summary/Abstract: This paper presents the issue of personal strategy of a capital group (holding). The author, on the basis of literature study, has analyzed and evaluated methodical, organizational and social problems, occurring in the process of personal strategy formulation within capital groups. He has also presented relationships between the business (general) strategy and personal strategy in the capital group and the problem of strategic integration during the creation and realization of such strategies.
