Summary/Abstract: Continuation of the article The effects of participation in the interpersonal training of creative thinking - preliminary results of research on creative predispositions published in no. 2/2019 vol. 34 of Pedagogical Studies. The article concerns the project entitled Enter the job market with impetus. Interpersonal training of creative thinking, recognized as a social innovation. The project was carried out at the turn of 2017/2018 and continued in 2019 at the Academy of Special Education in Warsaw. The article presents the program of the workshop, the effects of work, the course of research and preliminary results. It was assumed that participation in the Interpersonal Creative Training would contribute to increasing the level of participants in terms of creative thinking and interpersonal competences, which may have a positive effect on the general self-esteem.
