Effects of participation in Interpersonal Creative Thinking Training – preliminary research results

Summary/Abstract: Project „Enter the labor market with impetus. Interpersonal training of creative thinking”, recognized as social innovation, was implemented at the turn of 2017/2018 at the Academy of Special Education in Warsaw. During the presentation of the presented program, workshops, work effects as well as the course of research and preliminary results. The authors of Interpersonal Creative Thinking Training assumed that participation in the proceedings includes activities in the field of creative thinking and interpersonal skills, which may affect overall self-esteem, work.
