Summary/Abstract: This work has theoretical and empirical scientific character, it concerns regarding to structural solutions of teal organizations. In the preliminary stage, it concerns a theoretical issues – an evolution of management paradigms, the specification of teal organizations. Subsequently, various related determinants are indicated, as well as a part of the researcher focused on the analysis of structural solutions of teal organizations. The main goal of this work is to analyze the structural solutions of teal organizations. The methodology addresses this issue, breaking it down into problems, hypotheses, and preliminary grounds for conducting the study. The empirical part of the work includes the analysis of source materials, but is also related to questionnaire methods, independently developed for the purpose of the study. The work confirms that the teal organizations operating within the framework of various structural solutions.
