Lean Sensei and Its Use in Managing of the Organization

Summary/Abstract: This work is theoretical and empirical in nature, it concerns Lean Sensei and its importance in improving of an organization. In the initial stage, it concerns theoretical issues – introduction to Lean and its evolution, clarification of concepts related to Lean Management and Lean Sensei. Subsequently, various related determinants are indicated, as well as a part of the researcher focused on the analysis of the possibility of using Lean Sensei in the improvement of Lean Management-oriented enterprises. The main goal of the work is to analyze the possibilities of using Lean Sensei in improving Lean Management-oriented enterprises. The methodology addresses this issue, breaking it down into problems, hypotheses, and preliminary grounds for conducting the study. The empirical part of the work includes the analysis of source materials, but is also related to a questionnaire method, independently developed for the purpose of the study. The work confirms that the use of Lean Sensei supports the organization in improving Lean Management.
